Mark, you're delusional. Please be very specific when you accuse me of lying. I said not a single…read morething that was not 100% truth. I have no reason to lie, it's not my business, just my experience with yours. The small patches of dead grass in my back yard are where your brother pissed, and I only found out because a neighbor brought it to my attention offering to show me video. The larger portion of dead grass in the front is what died the week after you left, magically, where dry concrete mix had been spilled and rain began to harden it. My pictures tell the entire story. The befores are the befores and the completed pictures are exactly that, the pictures after your miracle overlay. No misrepresentation. The doozy of a last step was not a picture of the drop off, it was a picture of how grossly out of square the step was/remains. It is a horrible representation of concrete work. You did say steps were not your forte, those were your exact words. I understand you have to continually respond and try to explain the issues away so future potential customers that see my review can be talked out of any concern. But that doesn't change the bs you left on the front of my house. Call the twp. and have them come out and inspect your work and tell me it is out of code. That sounds like a great idea, I'm sure your last minute insurance company would like to hear you are willingly doing out of code work. You did not call me, and if you did you forgot to leave a message, and if you emailed me you forgot to hit send. The day you left I told you I was unhappy, I text when the grass died as well and you blew it off. The large patch that died and remains dead in the front yard is separate from the urination spots in the back. You were clear that you were unwilling to redo the job when we were speaking about remedies. So I was left to choose between leaving them looking as terrible as they did after your brother finished for our 4th of July party, or having you put this coating that would be "smooth and hide all the seams", which has since become discolored and has begun cracking in hundreds of different spots. Not much of a choice. Replacing them only became an option once this review was brought to your attention. I won't continue to go back and forth so you can try to explain these issues away. I'm glad people asked for business cards during your work, do you want to know how many of my neighbors and family members asked me for your card after seeing the final product? None... When I entertain I don't put much weight in the cards I hand out while I am setting up. I count the ones that I hand out at the end of the night, after my product has been delivered. If you are trying to say that the job you walked away from was something you stand by and were satisfied with after you told me you were not, I can't give credit to anything you say. It takes a lot for me to give someone a bad review...

Mark, thank you for making the project seem effortless and profesional. Your crew was friendly and made sure they paid attention to details. I think they did a good job and it looks fantastic. It's all dry now and so far so good. I appreciated the good work and fast turnaround time. Also I got 6 estimates! I really appreciated that he gave me a price for what I asked for and then didn't call me several times after to try to persuade me to go with him. He gave me time to think and make my decision and wasn't pushy and his price was only $50 different than the lowest quote which was fine. Also 2 of my other estimates tried to quote other jobs on my property that I didn't ask for. I find that rude. Especially when it more than doubles the price of what I called for. Cousins didn't do that. He came fast, gave me a fair price, and did a good job. I recommend Lou.

Tom is incredibly easy to work with--professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to quality. He stands behind his work, which gave me complete confidence throughout the process. The stamped concrete looks beautiful. What impressed me most was how seamlessly they matched the color and design to my existing stamped areas--it's nearly impossible to tell where the old ends and the new begins. After applying the antique finish and sealant, everything looks brand new again. The attention to detail and craftsmanship really shine through. The crew deserves special mention--they worked tirelessly throughout the day to complete the job in just one day. Too bad. Oh, I have audio and video of the encounter. Seems the owner took to degrading my review by saying I was not friendly. When my carpenter told me that there was a miscommunication about who was doing the footers for the deck and steps I let Fred know and he had an auger the next day to dig holes. They even dug by hand to widen out to the inspectors spec. The price was right where we wanted to be and they were even able to move us up in the schedule a few weeks when a spot opened up which we really appreciated because my wife was 9 mos pregnant. They showed up and knocked the whole 600+ sq ft patio and 7x 3' footers in 3 days. The whole team was friendly and very professional even through working directly in the beating sun all three days! After considering options, we chose Color Stamp Concrete Inc. Our cobblestone-look 16x12 patio exceeded our expectations from start to finish. He provided a detailed, professionally done layout for us to present to our homeowners association, advised us on what would look good, and had a top-notch crew of professional workers who gave 110%, down to the tiniest detail (which was a tiny little dragonfly stamp in the concrete, that we chose, and was then hand painted!). Check out the photos I posted for a look at that. Meticulous, prompt, done in two days, and we couldn't be more pleased with our decision.
