EVERYTHING else was. For one, for a shop that has been in business here in town for as long as it has been. How. HOW can you not know where a street is for one? For two, WHY on gods green earth would you think it appropriate to call the receiver for directions instead of the person who ordered them or even check a damn GPS app?? If this was supposed to be a surprise well right there the surprise is gone and fully ruined. The person who called my loved one was incredibly rude to her and hung up on her before the conversation was even over this largely had a very negative effect on what was supposed to be a good day. If I could give this 0 stars I would. They also didn't initially deliver the card that was supposed to go with the flowers. The card that ended up being delivered looked like a child wrote the message I sent. Overall the service could not have been worse bar crimes being committed. NEVER give these people a dime. You would be better off going out into a field and picking your own damn flowers. Worst 80 dollars I have ever spent in my entire life.
