Alpha bathrooms seemed really helpful when we were looking for a new bathroom suite. They even said…read morethey could source a narrow corner bath to fit our limited bathroom space. So despite being more expensive than other bathroom shops we decided to order our fittings from them. However, once we paid for our order the service disappeared. They never called to give us details of fitters as they promised. The corner bath delivered was much bigger than the one we specified. They said they'd order an alternative and delivered another dirty old bath from their warehouse that was also too big. Never came on the days they 'definitely' promised to pick up the returns. They never returned phone calls, I had to do all the chasing (they even lied to my wife when she visited in person to complain claiming they had called me). In summary not interested in helping customers once they have your money. The only reason I haven't given them one star is because they did eventually refund the money for our bath and replaced a shower rail that was damaged on delivery.

The prices were very reasonable and the service both over the phone and in the shop was excellent. When our final bathroom delivery came the driver (which was Dobles own) could not have been more helpful, he stayed and helped me check off all the items I had ordered and check over for any damage etc. The whole experience with Doble was brilliant thanks Doble for your help and my lovely new bathroom!!
