He not only did the work I requested but checked other areas as well and pointed things out and even fixed it like the leaking dishwasher line and improperly installed garbage disposal hose. He went above an beyond for my unique circumstance where our old sewer line had collapsed and he brought a city inspector out before the job to discuss approving rerouting the piping BEFORE he started and before quoting me. Timothy and Scott arrived on time as scheduled and fully explained the incorrect method the garbage disposal was installed which is no surprise. Been in this house 9 months and the previous owner did everything DIY. The drain from the sink to the basement was not correct after due to an oversize sink being installed and properly aligned(previous owner). Tim and Scott installed a new drain, repositioned the garbage disposal and new pvc, tubing, etc. They were very professional, personable and explained everything in layman's terms. Very fair pricing. (it was only two years old) at the cost of $500.00. I contacted the technician who installed the control board originally to check it out. He had the furnace running in about 5 minutes There was nothing wrong with the part. he rewired the unit. The tech from Everest Heating & Cooling had the unit wired wrong when he replaced the blower unit. Thank God I got a second opinion.

HVAC Repair On…read moreFriday 20th of June 2025 (Yes, the first day of summer, and the first day of 95 degree + heat) my blower motor went out. I called the installer and he couldn't get out until Tuesday. I then called Everest. They came out about 60 minutes later. The Technician (Steven Sanders) confirmed I needed a new blower motor, but said it would not be in until the next Friday . So I texted the following Monday to confirm it did in fact get placed on order. And yes it was on order (see pic). I texted again on Wednesday hoping for some fidelity on where it was as everyone sends shipping data these days. Instead, I got we will put it on when it gets here. Still trying to get the answer of where it is, I called the office. The office had no clue and had to call the technician to find out. What was conveyed back was now it was going to be Friday through Tuesday (still in the 90s). So I wait, and didn't hear back from the technician until Monday. He stated that it did not come in, and the company has no record of the order, and it could be 3 months before it come in (still in the 90s). Of course I told him forget it. Called the installer, he got me in and had it shipped and installed in about a week. I notice that there is no place to leave a review on their website, but somehow they have some very good reviews. Better off getting someone more organised and reliable company.

His estimate was much lower than the other two; his notes were clear and readable. When I called to set up an appointment, he was personable. On the day, he showed up on time, was very professional, performed the work rapidly, and asked me to review it. I was very impressed with his skill and craftsmanship. I am *very* happy with the work and with the plumber. We will call him again if we need anything else. I highly recommend this young man.
