The waiting area is bright, thanks to a glass panelled ceiling, and well laid out. It is surrounded by an open corridor from which the doctor's rooms lead off. There are a few toys and books for children to play with and of course plenty of magazines for adults. The surgery has an easy self service check-in system which reduces the queues at reception. Often only one person on reception though which can still lead to delays. Repeat prescriptions can be made at the surgery or online through their website. You can pretty much always get an appointment with a doctor on the day you phone if you ring early enough (8am) but they can't guarantee you will see your own doctor. Due to this I have seen quite a few different doctors but have found them all helpful and friendly.

She will go out of her way to help a patient, and ensure that all action has been taken. She listens, she doesnt just bark orders and send you away with a prescription. She also has made follow up calls for more serious matters. A great GP

He has been there for a few years now and…read morefor the times that i have seen him or I've had to take my children to see him I've found him to be very helpful, reassuring and professional as far as doctors go. If you want a specific appointment with this doctor then you might have to wait a couple of days of so as he is very popular. I have also felt comfortable when I've had seen him as sometimes I used to feel nervous about visiting the doctors but he totally puts your mind to ease. If it's a further investigation that you need for example being sent to the hospital for more tests then he does that straight away at the earliest he can fit you in. He is one of the best doctors in Loddon.

Dr Godfrey has been here many years now and has always been looked upon as one of the top doctors here. He has a very professional manner and always does his best to help. I have seen him a couple of times now and although I prefer to see a female doctor I do have no worries about having to see him if no female doctor is available.
