I found this Compamy via Kijiji as I was on the hunt for a KC70 track dumper. Inventory out here in B.C is tight, hard to come by. I located one for sale at their shop in Ottawa. I was communicating with one of their sales staff and the interactions were pleasant, quick to respond and easy to work with. I had financing all lined up, I had a shipping company lined up after a few hours and all that was left was their account to be funded...which was 1-2 days away. This was guaranteed, I couldn't back out of the deal. Then on the "9"th hour, the owner apparently pulls the rug out from under me and says "we're selling it to a long time customer who's paying all cash". This is a bad way to do business, I should know, I've been in business a while myself. I can't believe a business would do this, so short sighted. Funny thing is that I was wanting to purchase 2 more machines......if they had a negative star review, that would be my choice. A complete waste of time and poor business practise.
