Terrible customer service BEWARE! My wife and I gave Craig a large deposit early on to reserve a…read morespot for a project that we wanted completed. We encountered some personal circumstances beyond our control where we had to delay the start of the project. Once we were in a better position to start the work Craig was unavailable until spring of the following year, at least that was what he told us. It is now July and we are unable to contact Craig. He won't return our calls or texts and he won't give us our deposit back. We've had to hire someone else to help us with our project and we seem to be out our deposit. Very unprofessional! :(
