It was per our neighbor's recommendation. We made the appointment 2 weeks ago and was told they would come out to do the quote Saturday at 8am. Saturday at 8am came but when an hour passed we called checking in as to what was up. The woman on the phone (who answered "hello" without saying the business name, weird) said he was on the road. Never followed up. No phone call. He simply did not show. And the woman never attempted to solve the situation. 0 stars.

We are also planning on having them do additional yard cleanup, shrub & tree trimming and some necessary tidying up around the perimeter of our property. They really go above and beyond and do a great job and 5 stars are not simply not enough...they deserve way more!!!! Stay tuned here, lawn season just started, because we will be adding more rave reviews for Skyline. UPDATE: OK...I am even more thrilled with Skyline Landscaping...today they perfectly trimmed out beautiful red Japanese Maple which graces our front lawn and also did the regular lawn care and took special care to remove some normal debris from the edges of our front terrace. We are beyond thrilled. They are so nice and professional...could not be happier

First off - he came only a few days after we spoke to survey the work. He pointed out trees that needed care that I wasn't even noticing! I should say he offered that care as advice, not as a way to drive up the price. Secondly, while it almost seems foolish to write, he came the day he said he would, was efficient, clean and respectful of my property. He made sure his equipment didn't damage my lawn and took care to not damage any other trees in the process of removing the dead and damaged ones. Finally - the price was excellent! I'm not sure what aspect I'm most pleased with, but let me tell you - you won't go wrong with this guy and his crew! He also does plowing! And since I despise winter I'll likely hit him up for that next year too!
