They were very disorganized which led to wasting precious hours of time for rest and ibadah. We spent hours looking for lost bags, waiting 4-6 hours for buses and were just told that this was normal. Group leaders and Ground staff had no clue what was going on. This ended up making everyone in the group constantly exhausted and very frustrated. I spoke to others who used Adam Travel, Daresalaam and Meaningful Hajj and they noted they didn't have any of the issues we had. Wish I had read the reviews before booking with them so do yourself a favor and do not take the risk using Sara Travel.
