Jose explained all the work to us in advance and went over all options with us before we started. They provided a detailed estimated that went over all the work that was found after the roof was inspected. After the project was completed they have been very helpful on follow up items and provided me all the paperwork for my warranty as well as managing the permit with the city that was opened. Anastacio came out the first week of the new year and was very professional and knowledgeable. We needed some flashing replaced that was really never installed correctly. Anastacio was determined to make sure the work was done correctly. We waited after a heavy rain to ensure there were no more leaks on the ceiling before writing this review. I'm happy to say after a full month and a heavy rain the ceiling is dry. I would recommend this company and will reach out to them again for anymore roofing needs :)

I don't know how exactly my mother found him but Stephen and his company has truly surpassed every milestone and expectation and went above and beyond. His patience to listening what my mother requests has been extra ordinary. Staging, demolition of the roof was clean throughout and the entire 2000 ? sq foot home and was completed in 1-2 days ( maybe one day). In Sept. 2025 I reviewed this company because it damaged the vaulted ceiling inside my house when…read moreit replaced the roof. Holden Roofing refused to paint the ceiling. In Feb. 2026 I noticed a water stain on the ceiling. The roofers who came to look at the problem said the plastic ridgeline that was installed was the reason the nails came through and damaged the vaulted ceiling. The ridgeline was not meant for vaulted ceilings. Holden Roofing and Stan, their representative, were negligent for using something that was not meant to be used on a vaulted ceiling. To this day, Holden Roofing refuses to take responsibility for the damage to the ceiling. Look at the pictures to see the blobs of putty that was used to cover the nails. The nails have been pulled out but the mess remains. You can also see the water damage. The roofers told me Holden will not paint the ceiling.

I called back the next day as it wasn't originally made clear that it may take a while as she does not know the contractors schedule. I stated okay that is fine and she stated that she would get back with me. So I gave it a week and called the following Thursday to check to see if she was able to speak with the contractors. She cut me off and stated that she had left a voice message; however, I did not have a voicemail or even a missed call so I provided my number again. She stated that he had some availability in about a hour if I would be home. I said great and the guy showed up within the hour. He examined my window and stated that he would have to come back Friday or Saturday with a ladder to check out my roof. I stated great I will be home all day on both days. He stated the office would give me a call to set it up. I provided him with my number to make sure that they had the correct number on file. I never heard anything else and didn't even bother following up because of the poor customer service. If my house was too far, job too small or they were too busy I would rather be told that than ignored. Glad I was able to find another company that was able to repair my roof leak and sheetrock removal/replacement.

We had our roof replaced in Oct 2008 when IKE hit the area. The work was done well and we were…read morepleased. A few years later, small leak and Paul was quick to respond, take a look and make some repairs at a minor cost. 10 years later, we are selling and the buyers inspector has a roofing company come out and they recommend a whole new roof and that the shingles are defective and will only last 1-2 years. I text Paul with details, he calls me back within 30 minutes, has my file and looked at the inspection report. He has Ted come out within 3 hours, gets on the roof and documents any issues which defunct the issue that the shingles were in bad shape at all. The roof will last another 7-8 years. Knowing our option period ends next day, Ted heads to the office and produces an estimate, clearly documents the roof is in good shape and outlines how we can transfer the warranty to the new owner after close.
