We (Joe and my dad)made a deal for some trading of a swamp buggy and a Ford Escape and cash.He wanted $500 for a deposit, he took the swamp buggy as an deposit. He came to do the work and he wanted another $500 deposit, we told him he will get the money on completion. He then began to say he couldn't do the any work because of the job site being a mess( we had loads of dirt dropped on the lot next to the where the trees are because we are building a house, reasoning for cutting the pine trees down) and there is a stack of wood at the base of that one of the trees. (There is one pine tree by it self that could have been cut down but he did nothing) I called him and asked if he was going to keep the buggy and not cut trees. He replies that the worksite is a mess and he is not doing anything until it is cleared up. I asked again are you keeping the buggy and not doing anything, he replied " I do not have to talk to me because I am not in the contract , it is between him and my dad. I said I am the one paying him." I again asked are you keeping the buggy and not doing any work . He replied " I don't have to tell you shit". I said thanks for all of your help and hung up. He is very rude and very unprofessional. How do you cuss at a customer when I was asking a question. Felt like he was making excuses to not do any work, but yet he keep the buggy. He said he will come by if we clear the worksite, I do not want Joe Johnson on my property after the way he treated me as a customer. I would never give him any of my money!
