They also offer a QR code to sign up in-store, though it takes about 24 hours for any discounts or coupons to update. I was greeted promptly, and the process was smooth and efficient. I requested my tablecloth be ready in four days, and they happily accommodated. The young man assisting me even showed me that my $5 discount would be applied at pickup. Four days later, I returned and was in and out with a perfectly cleaned and pressed tablecloth--and my discount had been applied! I will definitely be coming back for all my dry cleaning needs. They do not have their pricing listed online or in-store, and when you ask for a quote, the amount may be lower than what you are ultimately charged. I was charged $27.03 to clean one jacket. I brought in two jackets total, and it took four days to complete the cleaning. When I reviewed my receipt, I noticed I was charged for three items instead of two. There was an additional charge for a "grey leather belt." When I asked the representative about it, he pointed to a strap attached to my jacket and suggested it may have been removed and cleaned separately. However, the strap was part of the coat and had not been detached. I did not pursue the issue further, because overall experience left me feeling over it and scammed. One was pretty easy and the other one was a bit tuff. The alteration lady reassured me the work that was needed for the dresses and the price. I agreed with the price and expected the dress to be altered in a month. Keep in mind she had looked at the hemming of the dress and knew exactly how the hem needed to be done. If it was difficult she could have just said "no I will not alter it." I went to pick up both of my dresses yesterday and only the dress that was an easy fix was fixed. The other one was not done at all because the alterations lady stated that "she no longer felt like altering the dress" because of the price she quoted me. So I asked the front desk girl (supper sweet btw) if she could ask her how much she would like to fix the dress. The alterations lady stated "she doesn't want to do it because she doesn't feel like it." I'm never coming back here and will not recommend this location to ANYONE. I didn't even get a call to notify me that the dress won't be altered at all. Thankfully I didn't have a special event going on that couldn't have been affected by this whole mess. Absolutely ridiculous, absurd, and rude alteration lady. Completely unprofessional.
