When I called, a man picked up and said "hello" in a very rude manner as if I was disturbing him (I called around 9:30 am, not very early). I thought I had the wrong number, he confirmed that he was indeed Carpenter Electric. I tell him the problems I have had and before we could get to scheduling an appointment, he hung up on me. When I called back, no answer and when I left a voicemail, no return call. Very disappointing. He seemed to have the most open availability I've came across in the Wayne Co. Area, but awful customer service.
