Bought a rug after being told it was the incorrect size so tried to return rug and was given a credit note as they didn't have cash, ironic for a company that didn't accept card. After telling them another rug wasnt required we were told to come back this week for a refund and on arrival told to come back again along with multiple excuses. Haven't used before.
