Our landlord hired Affordable Road and Drive to redo the parking lot summer of 2022. In the process, one of their big pieces of equipment hit and broke our business sign. We get that accidents happen. We called Affordable Road and Drive. Over the phone, he admitted his guy hit our sign and said he would reimburse us for the repair cost. Trying to minimize their expense in the repair cost we used our own days off to take down and reinstall the sign. We only wanted to be reimbursed the $1157.50 bill from the sign shop. It is now July 2023. We have called, emailed, texted, certified mailed and still have not received any portion of reimbursement.

I like the "checkerboard" pattern they included in the finish, and they were good to add a pipe with cap so I can put up a tetherball in the driveway when grandkids come to visit! However, as they finished up the job there were multiple problems: 1) They dumped the extra concrete from the cement mixer onto my neighbor's property! I know that side of their front lawn is weedy and they use it to park a truck, but it is not a dump ground! I asked them twice to remove it and they did an incomplete job of it. I will be cleaning up the mess by hand. 2) A few spots were left unfinished. 3) They did a sloppy job drawing the lines - see photos for 2 examples.
