I called them to have them to come out and replace a picture window that was broke over the weekend, I did not realized my wife had scheduled another company to come out after talking on the phone with secretary, my wife called back and left a voicemail to cancel, and also called the cell phone that returned our call no answer, she left a voicemail to cancel so they did not drive out to us, the owner shows up i explain the situation to him and apologize for the situation and he begins to berate and swear at me. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone especially if you have small children do to the manners of this owner, i do not seem them lasting long especially if the owner comes out talks to customer this way! read more

I have dealt with JB Glass for many years, but the males of the family have been very unpleasant to deal with. They supplied all our glass on 2 buildings one a repair shop and one an art gallery addition. When they bid the work, they do not include the delivery price, which is at least double what it should be. The son was so rude that on a delivery of $992.20 he said he did not think he should have to take the glass off the truck, so other paid construction workers used their time to do his work for which I had already committed a price to JB Glass. Our non-profit foundation as put him on the do not bid, hire, or put up with list. read more

Horrible customer service. They came out to look at our situation and said I would receive a quote within a week. Didn't hear back for 3 weeks so we found another option for our doors and windows. So we went with a new source for the windows and doors afterward we received the quote from J&B. I did however still need new frames and hardware so I thought I would go to them before going elsewhere. However, I was told that he does not and will not help me with acquiring frames for my doors. Because he's to busy to deal with people and used products. On top of that, I was told I wasted his time by having him drive from Bellows Falls to Charlestown to get the information for the quote and then went with another option, even though he was late by 2 weeks from what he said. If you have storefront doors or windows that need repair do not bother this gentlemen with your business because he is simply to busy to get back to you with a quote in a timely manner and if you are forced to go with another option while waiting for him to get around to your quote then you are just wasting his time and you are a bad person. read more
