We moved in without any previous knowledge of what we were about to experience. The laundry machines don't work and are not likely to be improved soon. With things such as 12 hour notices to move your car before they redo the pavement in the parking lot, and leaving us aggressive voicemails.The only way I would recommend this person is if you would like to be completely demeaned and taunted. With practices such as leaving passive aggressive voice-mails and hanging up the phone and making us drive down to talk to her, this left us wanted a lot more out of a landlord. Completely unprofessional and unwelcoming. Pass. If you end up living in Tulane Apartments, find anywhere else to move to.

Sharon is incredibly rude with those she is offering services too. I haven't worked with her as an…read moreaccountant, but in the last 12 months I have been a faithful tenant in paying rent and maintaining a respectable apartment. She has been nothing but rude, arrogant and disrespectful to her college tenants. Customer service is terrible. Never once has she shown respect or kindness when interacting with her. Her husband is great if you can get ahold of him, but this is rare. From what I remember- she has left very rude voicemails when we were first moving in demanding us to work with her schedule, refused to give me the wifi password because 'we had asked too many times' (which had only happened once), refused to get back to our requests or to answer her phone when we needed our drain fixed, and hung up on me and wouldn't give any details when I asked about our apartment post-lease. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone. There are much better apartments in the area.

Currently have a complaint into the Attorney Generals office over this business and the person…read morerunning it. Blatantly lied to me no less than three times regarding paying the payroll taxes. Never reconciled the bank account. Wont answer questions and now won't answer a formal complaint with the state of south dakota.
