They brought in an excavator and removed all the underbrush and small trees, took out a massive dead oak in the back that was a safety hazard, found 3 stumps and brought in a grinder for an extra fee, and left only one big healthy oak standing for shade. They leveled the terrain beautifully, hauled away every bit of debris, and left the lot mower-ready and looking fantastic.
