The stylist absolutely nailed the cut, and the blowout afterward was gorgeous--I left feeling amazing. The salon itself was welcoming and comfortable, and I loved that they offered tea and water during the appointment. It was such a relaxing touch. Overall, a fantastic experience.

I think she applied too much gel so it tore. I'm so sad! I will also edit my review as the owner edited their response (on google maps). I reached out the owner via email and she is refusing a refund. $75 for a manicure that lasted less than 48 hours is not great. It's been a week now and I've had 2 more nails chip. My friend I went with also had her nails chip within a few days. Clearly it wasn't a good manicure. I've been getting my nails done my entire life. I would have definitely returned had she refunded me but now I never will and I wouldn't recommend anyone go here either. And I don't believe for a minute she would've refunded me as she said in her email that it might've been my fault it chipped lol. Why would I chip my own nail I paid $75 for? Offering $10 to fix it when you could've just refunded me and 1) kept a customer & 2) prevented a 1 star review would've probably made more sense as a business owner. I gave a 4 star originally because I truly thought the people there were nice & originally thought the lady did a good job. No nail should chip after 48 hours & having 3 chip after 1 week is ridiculous. Where I go, where I live, my nails last a month. No chips. Oh well!

The atmosphere in the Cigar Shoppe was cool with old leather barber chairs and a view of the Village Stroll outside. The other staff were great too and the price was very reasonable ($30+tip - well deserved)!

My hairdresser didn't say her name or even ask for mine, but went straight to business. What's ok, I still kind of wanna know the persons name.. Anyways, when it comes to what I wanted and what I got, I can't complain. She made it exactly how I said it, which is a very good thing. What annoyed me a little, was that she didn't talk to me really, except for the small talk at the beginning. Which is totally fine for me, life. BUT - whenever she actually talked to me, she was trying to sell something.. Except from that and not introducing herself it was very good and very nice. Would come back!
