I have noticed the same review copied and pasted on every site so i think it's fair to say that it was probably someone from the Ivy centre that wrote and published it.
Personally i found the manager of the Ivy Center, Sean, to be completely disorganized and uninterested in making an effort to please or attract new tenants.
He has absolutely no customer service skills but does like to rant on to anybody within earshot who will listen about how a bit of snow makes him extremely late for work.
Call backs? Full of promises but they never happen, which makes him a liar in my book.
How can anybody confidently enter into a business arrangement with someone like that.
Explanation of contractual terms and conditions? Cant be bothered.
Responses to pertinent questions? Gives off a very clear don't ask too many questions.
Professional? No.
He led me to believe that "they", whoever they are, were the ones who owned the business and he was the manager. On the web i am reading that it's owner managed. What am i supposed to believe?
Do "they" meaning the owners of the business know how complacent Sean is?
If it was my business the manager Sean would be the first to get sacked.
They should send in some mystery shoppers or at least give the man some training.
