Rude Staff, Dishonest and Terrible Service…read more I called the Larry's Estate Jewelry & Pawn Shop on Cleveland Ave to get help with multiple online orders, and the experience was absolutely terrible. Instead of receiving assistance, I was met with a rude and combative Karen who seemed more interested in arguing than doing her job. She was completely unprofessional, dismissive, and dishonest -- not what you'd expect from someone working in sales or in any professional capacity everywhere. This location has become a joke. If you value your time and money, avoid the Cleveland Ave store. Instead go patron somewhere else like the Tamiami trail location instead, where the staff is actually friendly, respectful, and helpful to customers. Night and day difference in customer service.
