He also lied and said that if we got a deal on the table that he would be able to provide the financials for the business. This never happened. Additionally, he tried to push his lenders on me when I had already informed him I had my own lenders working towards the deal. I strongly suggest not using him to represent you in any real estate deal. All he cares about is making the deal happen so that he gets paid.

Due to ongoing cockroach infestations and consistently poor communication from property management, I was forced to apply for a Property Standards Inspection with the City of Kingston and file a T6 application with the Landlord and Tenant Board. I have documented these issues extensively with photos and written correspondence throughout my tenancy. I am also genuinely confused by the volume of recent five-star reviews this Company has received (particularly for 539 Armstrong/Riverstone). Upon closer inspection, several appear to originate from business accounts that posted multiple reviews for the same property within short timeframes. While others can form their own conclusions, I believe prospective tenants deserve transparency and firsthand tenant experiences when making housing decisions.
