Make sure it's working and you understand how to operate before leaving the lot. We had to have a mechanic come and inquire why our tractor would not run at an acceptable speed. Looks like the oil filter had not been changed and the equipment was starving for oxygen. Worked 6 hours before mechanic was able to come. We were credited for our experience ok. However, a older gentleman approached the area and she happily greeted him. Same experience upon exiting the store. Another customer service worker spoke to my friend and said no words to me. I have many questions about my interactions today at this location. My overall takeaway is that this location does not display equitable customer service to ALL of their customers.
