This matchmaking service has a good concept. However, if you are considering paying for this service think twice then think again. Their "Dating Director" for the Louisville/Lexington area is horrible. Not only is this "Director" terrible but there is not a local office as they claim. The "Director" I spoke to did not take my feedback, which I was required to provide, into consideration when setting up the matches. I got the 5 "matches" guaranteed by the contract. However, they were not matches! From the beginning I told the Dating Director that smoking is a deal breaker. She said "I have a great match for you". I went to meet him, big time smoker. He was not secretive about it, said he had told the director he smoked often. I also wanted to meet someone that lived within 75 miles of my home city. Only one person that I was "matched" with lived within 75 miles of me. Even after multiple messages to reiterate this requirement. Like I said, they met the requirement of 5 dates but that is all. They did not meet their end of contract requirements. Honestly, I don't want to hear from them again anyway. It was pointless for me to have the 90 min conversation about my likes, dislikes, etc. They were not taken into consideration. Beware, the first person you speak to is only there to sell the service. She is good at the sales pitch. I drank the kool-aid. This person will mention "multiple matches" in the first conversation, but beware! You will never hear about these matches again as they are more than likely not from your area. Buyer Beware is my input. read more
