We ordered three pizzas through phone and one of the pizzas were supposed to be vegan. We asked for…read morevegan options and they gave us two. So we decided to order it and other pizzas, however when we opened the vegan pizza we saw that it was covered in greasy cheese which I was immediately alarmed by. We called them to confirm the if the cheese was indeed vegan and they said that it was not vegan. Which clearly indicates that they are not educated enough to know a vegan from a vegetarian. They then blamed their mistake on us. They were super rude and didn't even acknowledge the fact that they ruined someone's night. The girl who answered me was so mean she literally said that "so what do you want, a refund". The pizza costed 10€ and I'm lucky that my family ate the pizza. I'm never going to order from there! Asiakas palvelu oli järjetöntä ja minulle sanottiin suoraan näin "No mitä sä haluut palautuksen vai?" Tämä on hyvin järjetöntä ja en koskaan tule tilaamaan tuolta!
