I gave 4 star for their admirable dedication to staying authentic in such a tourism hub. Both ambiance and dishes are just like you can find in any small Anatolian towns. You're paying for the location and view like with any tourist spot. Strawberry lemonade though was phenomenal. Totally stood out. I had a burger and a schnitzel and both were meh. Hubby loved his Chinese dish though. He had gone to big chefs regularly in Istanbul and said the food and quality is basically the same.

Its on the beach front, so great for views over Yalikavak bay, in the heat you get a lovely breeze sitting here. Great place to pass the afternoon away sitting there with a nice cold drink and may be something to eat. Last time I went I was'nt that hungry so just a cheese toasty and some Efes (turkish beer) but the views are fantastic.

The restaurant was quiet at 3pm on a Wednesday but it is beautiful and spacious. Food was surprisingly delicious. We had mezze, salad, bread, etc. and it was all really tasty. The bill was a bit confusing. I think we were charged for more than what we ordered, and I see that others have had this issue too. But we decided not to stress about it and paid it. The total wasn't too bad in any case. Overall we'd return if lucky enough to be in Bodrum again!

TL;DR: Scam restaurant, Run away!…read more I spend my holidays in Bodrum every year and this is the first time I get scammed by a restaurant manager. This restaurant's speciality is fish but half of the courses haven't a price written on the menu, we asked for the price before setting on table, and the owner said clearly that it depends on the fish arrival, that today it was 1000₺ / Kg, this is why no price is written. We had our lunch, the owner was pushing for consuming more and more, bringing bread and water bottles we didn't ask for. End of meal, the bill comes and TADA! The price of the fish was now 3000₺ / Kg! of course, we contested the price. The owner said that he never said 1000₺, that the bill was generated automatically and now we have to pay. He then brought a small placard with 3000₺ written on it, TADA! second magic trick, why this placard was hided all along? And why these prices are different from the ones that are announced at the beginning? This restaurant's business is based on scaming tourists, making them pay 3 times the price. They don't care of your negative experience, chances are that you won't come back to this city anyway. Most of the 5stars reviews are bots. And if you have children, please, bring them here. There are so many smokers, that they can easily learn as well.
