So, i left. Then i read on-line they had a sale on a monitor that i wanted, so i returned the next day. The young salesman was great. He told me the sale was over as of today, but he asked his boss. They said, "No", so i went to Darty. i recommend Darty. One star is too many.

I contacted LDLC and they refused to help me on the pretense I had posted the complaint more than 72h after having received the box and, read that, that they were not commercializing the missing item!. I wrote, called, emailed, to no avail. They even refused to give me the contact details of the Taiwanese (?) supplier, leaving me unable to source the missing element on my own. What a terrible customer service. Their behavior is even probably illegal. There are so many suppliers on the internet that using this one is a risk not necessary to take.
