I left Milan And went back home. after being told that I'd get adjusted to the lenses I never did and had to go again for a different eye test. At the second optometrist, I was told that the lenses were wrong, and I needed to change them. I did, spending again more money. When I found myself back in milano (10 months later) I went and explained my predicament, explaining that the mistake was done completely by them. They stated they were not able to help me and could not provide any satisfactory solution. No refund, no voucher. The mistake was mine for not having called them (internationally) or sent them an email. Regardless, as a loyal customer I was left disappointed and dissatisfied. Their frames are nice. But do NOT do have your eyes examined there as they are not professional and will not provide any help when they screw up. The nau I visited was in via Torino, milano. I expected better customer service from a company like nau.
