One major turn off is that if your her first client of the day she runs about 10-15 minutes late which has happened to me 3 times already. I suggest you text her 15min before your appointment and ask if she's there so she knows you already knows and moves to it. I have a feeling she lives close to her salon. Also, she lacks in explaining every little thing she's putting on you. Again I've been going off and on cause it's cheap and she's nice, but she's not my #1 spot to choice for facials.
