He kept in constant contact with me, made sure I had every possible way to reach him, and was so patient, knowledgeable, and reassuring the whole time. And listen... Monika the paralegal? Equally patient, responsive, and on top of everything! Most firms have either the attorney or the paralegal doing all the heavy lifting, but not this one. They really operate as a team, and it shows. I seriously love their teamwork -- and yes, the younger Mr. Kaufman is a whole vibe, lol. I'm a customer for life, as if they didn't already know!

This was just to get me a bond, he wanted a remaining 20k to cover my case. Communication was extremely poor, especially during such a stressful situation. What concerned me most was that he sent a private note we had written directly to the DA, which felt highly unprofessional and unethical. To make matters worse, he later called and insulted me personally, saying, "there must be something wrong with your brain." No client should ever be spoken to that way. Although he was able to get a bond, the conditions attached to it were so excessive that it was nearly impossible to actually get released from jail. For the amount of money charged, I expected far better treatment, professionalism, and communication. Overall, an awful experience and I would not recommend his services.

Nagel after seeing that he specializes in bench warrants. In a moment of stress, I paid him $400 through Zelle and signed a virtual agreement expecting real help. Unfortunately, he didn't do anything for me. He never followed up, never contacted the officer involved like he said he would, and left me completely unsupported. I ended up handling the issue on my own -- after paying for legal help I never received. Afterward, I found other bad reviews online describing the same pattern. Please save your money and hire someone who will actually show up and advocate for you. I regret ever trusting him.

I was willing to give them a 2nd chance for being late for a scheduled meetings, things happen, but the lead partner was just so rude we were not recoverable. He literally started yelling at me saying this would not work and I was totally blown away. Never had a professional company spoke to me this way. I asked him not to yell at me and he hung up on me. I had reached out to Randy and his firm based on a referral. We booked time for a specific date and time as my calendar is very full and typically I have back to back meetings. Randy no showed for the meeting and did not even reach out. When I reached out he said he was on another call. I get that I am a new potential client but he could have at least notified me he would be late but instead I had to reach out. When he finally called me he was rude and arrogant. He did not feel my business was worth it and told me up front he would not do business with me - he would not do business with me because I asked him why he could not have told me he was late. He then began yelling at me and then just hung up. Is this how people behave - what happen to professionals? I would avoid this firm at all cost. Right now their phone numbers do not work and when you get a vm it is full - even when you tell them its full, they do nothing. If you are going to be late you let your client or potential client know. You apologize and not yell at the client because the client is upset for your behavior.
