Left a message over the holidays and they got back to me the next business day to schedule a visit. During the visit Robert was able to see what was described to him over the phone, checked my fuse box, confirmed that the work is possible and provided a quote that is satisfactory. I asked if he can perform the work then and there which he is able to accommodate the request. About an hour later the work is completed and he showed me what was done and provided me information such as what switch he connected to. No drywall repair or paint was needed. Jorge knows what he's doing, you can tell he has a fundamental understanding of the trade and just knows how things work and can easily explain what he needs to do. I know that sounds like a basic thing you'd expect from any electrician, but this is just not the case and you can quickly tell that Jorge's knowledge is well above others. After fixing the existing issues from the previous electrician, I had Jorge upgrade my main panel to 200 amps. Another great job by Jorge, he did such a good job that the LADWP electricians that came out to connect the power to the pole said "the electrician did a great job and made our jobs easier". That's not an easy compliment to get, just speaks to Jorge's skill level. He is very trustworthy and I would recommend him to anyone. Every time I called Jorge after the project was done, he answered or called me back in a reasonable amount of time, he supports his customers after the project as well.
