The mosque is clean and spacious, and a great place to spiritually unwind. During Ramadan, they serve dates and water everyday, and after Maghrib, there is a full community Iftari as well. They have three Friday prayers: 12.10, 1.10, and 2.10, though the timings go back an hour during the daylight savings months. My only complaint is that I wish they would install more fans/ventilation in the basement and upper floors, because it gets very hot there during Jumah with all the people present.

Although the property is of a decent size but the actual area of the mosque is small. The mosque is built nice and is well equipped with technology. Parking is a very big problem here especially on Friday prayers and Ramadan, the city does allow cars to be parked on Terry Fox street so you are better off parking there and walking a little bit. Due to huge crowd they do squeeze in as many rows as possible. If you can't get in then you will be praying outside if weather permitting. The do have lot of youth programs and also perform other services.

The thing I love is that parking is not a problem here, there plenty of parking space on their lot, street and a massive lot (where we are allow to park) across the mosque. The management manages the mosque well and announcements are done timing and quick. The Friday Imans are changed every week, which I like as you get much more variety of knowledge and information. They facilitate all the prayers and involve the community in lot of fun projects, gatherings and fundraisings. Makes it worse when the teachers of those classes are yelling obnoxiously too. The masjid doesn't offer enough english programs, and you get a feeling it mainly caters to an older urdu speaking group of men. This is a turn off for young'ins, and for those who don't share that culture. Mufti Ibrahim Qureshi is a very cool scholar who has worked with youth throughout his life and they are lucky to have him there. It's unfortunate that recently he has announced he's leaving. Path to Piety is another huge event for this masjid and usually takes place during the Easter weekend. The masjid doesn't look very fancy from the outside, but it relatively neat inside.
