We caught multiple mistakes. Unfortunately, some of them were found after they were filed. So when my elderly mother realized she had not filed her taxes in the very last week to do them, I took her documents to Benton where I was greeted with more kindness and professionalism than all the years combined with my old accountant. They worked to get her return completed on time. They kept me posted on the progress. During one phone call, they said they were checking them over. Wow! If only my old accountant had taken the time for that! Every person I dealt with at Benton was professional and friendly. This is where we will be taking our taxes from now on. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I fired them because of to many letters from the IRS saying my company taxes weren't being paid on time. That was Nathan's job. Payroll was never ready on time. Mark, Nathan, or Travis will not return a phone call. This is a very unprofessional company.
