When I called the dealership the salesperson was amused. They stated they had no new vehicles available and would not for some time. I am uncertain why a business cannot keep a website updated. It's 2022, the internet has been around for more than 20 years. Is there some sort of sinister reason they are showing vehicles available? As I write this review the website has 13 new vehicles available, but when I drove past today it didn't appear that any new vehicles were available.

I went in to this place by mistake (was originally looking for a Mazda SUV)…read more The staff was super helpful & completely honest with me upfront. Admittedly, I do not know a lot about vehicles, but they were very accommodating-- heck, I even talked about it on my facebook page afterwards! I ended up snagging a Chrysler 200 for a very good price, it was a 2015 and wasn't ever owned, only used a demo. It's working great! The staff even follows up with you after to make sure the vehicles running great (granted I missed a few calls because I cannot have my phone at work). I highly recommend this place even if you don't normally drive Chrysler vehicles. As a first time customer, I was 110% satisfied with the management here. It was that awesome. :)

Requested the price again and not given it. In my experience dealerships that are highly unwilling to divulge prices are not to be trusted. I didn't get a price on three attempts. Considering that their business is to sell cars for money, I am not sure why they are being so canny about prices. They are part of the McDonald Auto group whose slogan is "No games, no guff." On a very basic inquiry I was subjected to games. Going to another dealer for sure.

These fine folks saved my bacon on a road trip…read more The car I was using was having a few issues that resulted in unsafe tire conditions. The car in question is also an Audi, so not many places carry parts for it. Luckily, VW and Audi are in cahoots so they were able to fix what I needed to be repaired so I could arrive alive in Boston. They even explained exactly what it was they were doing, showed me the part that needed replacing, and pointed it out on the car. This was really great because it really gave me a feel for why the car was acting a bit strange. The service was quick and efficient. They are located a few blocks away from the Sydney Harbor and, if you want to try your luck, a casino so you can surely find something to pass a few hours while they work.
