Upon first impression, it's not very clean or sanitary. The photo of the waxing room is pretty scary and they use the same wooden stick from client to client. Another thing they don't change is the cloth on the bed or the pillow from client to client (which should you have to lay on your stomach with your face in the pillow... ick). My manicure was in a makeshift area with me sitting in an awkward chair. The nail polish selection was minimal and bottles were scattered around the area... and my nail polish didn't stay for more than 3 days. I won't go back unfortunately.

I was told to come a few hours later. So I showed up later... I start my service and the place was beginning to close. I was scheduled to be the last appointment. Therefore, my appointment was rushed... The owner was rushing the waxing lady while she was waxing my body. She disrupted her ... Even pulled the curtain two time to expedite her and ask "how long is it going to take " and pressuring her. I felt so uncomfortable that I told the wax lady to not wax other parts that I did wanted wax. Because she was rushing she was waxing very very sloppy. Wax was everywhere. She waxed and removed in the wrong direction of hair growth a big no no ! I had several pieces of wax on my body after I left. The wax was very warm. Also, I requested for a Brazilian wax and I had to keep my underwear on the whole time. Meaning not all the hair on the lips were not removed ! Very very annoying . What the heck ! Very strange. I felt horrible leaving the place. I basically waited around all day and took a trip to Buenos Aires (7hr) to get a nice wax and was severally disappointed. I felt so jipped! I hate to leave a negative review but I refuse to let anyone go through that experience. This place is unprofessional. They also double dip. But I think all argentinean wax places do. overall, I would not recommend. They have different prices if you pay in cash or card. Stay away.

The pedicure here was the most uncomfortable one I've ever had. They make you sit on some cheap, hard chair that made my lower back hurt after a while.. I'm concerned about the tools being clean and the woman cutting my toes cut into my skin a bit! she sorta seemed to try to do a good job about smoothing my feet, but one of the nails she painted was not smooth... Would not recommend this place, nor come back.
