After the memorial started and they hadn't been delivered, we called and they said they were en route. They should have been delivered hours before it started but didn't deliver until 1:30 after it started. Trying to ensure that the flowers were delivered instead of mourning our loved one was the last thing we should have to worry about that day. Will never order from this place again. Side note: one of the arrangements was much smaller than pictured/described, while it was pretty, it didn't seem like a good value for the amount spent.
