** It looks like ISCT paid Yelp to remove my last review, so I'm posting it again, naturally under a false name so the company can't retaliate. :D ** As I also posted to yellow pages: The inspector called 5 minutes before he was supposed to arrive to cancel. I had already left work early. I made a new appointment with a different inspector for the next week. He found several potential sources of moisture in the house. He ignored most of what I had to say and my suggestions. I felt he was being disrespectful. A few weeks later my report arrived. It gave no tips for interpretation, saying "x species spore count: 1,800, vs. outdoor sample of 3; and listed what symptoms or issues certain species might cause. How many spores can cause illness? Can I still stay in the house? How quickly do I need to have remediation done? The report did not offer any clues. I paid $250 for samples and the inspection, with a promise that I would receive tips for remediation based on my specific problem. This never arrived. I did not actually need ISCT to tell me I had mold. I could smell it. I wanted help getting the source of the issue fixed but ISCT isn't interested in that it seems. This company was great. They had their technician come out the very next morning for a inspection. I received my results the next day and they helped me interperate them then let me know how to take care of the problem myself. I am so glad i gave them a call before spending a lot of unneeded money in remediation. Thanks so much ISCT! read more

This company was beyond amazing. They were honest, reliable, knowledgeable, one tmie, and their customer service was just fantastic. I recommend anyone with any mold problem call this company because i will without a doubt be recommending to friends and family who need their help. read more
