This boutique hotel has a great location near the Hauptbahnhof (Central Train Station). There's…read moreeven a Starbucks there if you need your fix.
They also have a private car park, but its tricky to find it. The entrance is in a small street adjacent to the hotel, and you need to obtain a car park entry key from the front desk prior to using the garage. Quite the hassle, and I wish they had some sort of other method, like using your room key for access.
The rooms here are spacious, and we chose the room with a free mini bar option, which consists of beer, water (still and bubbly), sodas and juice. The bar is complimentary, and refreshed daily. After a long day of sightseeing, the mini bar came in handy every day, and well worth the upgrade.
Like the Fleming's we stayed in Frankfurt, the shower is in the living quarter. Weird and may not be for everyone. The signature apples were provided, but no Nespresso machine that we had in Frankfurt. My complaint with our room was there was no heat! We didn't find out until day 2 that we could use the radiator located by the window, but it took a few hours to get the room heated.
All rooms comes with complimentary breakfast, and it's a full breakfast buffet with cold meats, cheese, cereals, fruit, pastries, bread, and they even offer cooked to order eggs and coffee drinks like cappuccino and au laits. I can't find any fault, and really like the variety of the food. I love the bread and meats, and find its a great way to kick start our day of sightseeing.
We actually ate 2 meals at the Train Station, but there's plenty of places to eat nearby... many which are opened late. Clean Rooms, and FAST Wifi makes this place a plus, also.
