I was texted an hour before they were set to arrive and then heard nothing more until I got an emailing saying that we were a no show and would be charged a $60 no show fee. I was surprised, I assumed they would call when they arrived so I could remotely open the garage door to let them blow out the system. I acknowledge the the contract I signed said I would be charge this fee, but that was in January. Anyways, they came to blow the system out, and when I received the bill for $60 no show fee, sent them a letter asking them to split the cost due to the confusion in communication. They sent me a letter stating they were no longer interested in serving my system. This is disappointing, my offer to split it was accepting partial fault for the communication error, but hoping they would acknowledge that communication could have been better. Ok, well moving on!
