Called last week to make an appointment to have underground sprinkler line that was cut, butt spliced. I was told tech would be there between 10 and 10:30 A.M today. I was not called to be informed they were going to be late. I called at 12:18 asking why the tech. was not onsite. No apology given, but an explanation that 10 to 10:30 was an estimate of arrival. They told me tech would be there 10 mins. after call. Tech. finally arrived at 1:15 P.M., an hour after I spoke with them. Not a way to run a business. They lost mine. read more

Nice people. You never get to talk to the owner. If he does call you, his number is blocked. When we had issues with system it was always a week or more for them to get someone out there. That doesn't work when you are trying to get a new yard to grow. Techs come out multiple times and still have issues and not running as they say it is when they leave. They are stretched to thin to properly service there customers needs. read more
