You go to this small rubbered floor room, you take off your shoes and you are nervous about what is about to happen. But, everyone here is extremely friendly. Yep, you stuff it up every time. You look like you should never exercise in your life. But everyone here is quite easy going, no one cares that you can't do half the stuff - everyone instructor and students alike are glad to give advice and are happy just that you are there. I have only gone to the boxing sessions, but friends of mine go to the Thai kick boxing. And everyone raves about it. After going to one boxing class, I automatically joined the gym. It is $20 for training session or $30 for a week. With no contracts, and a 4 week cancellation policy. So if you want to exercise and do something different, then email them or just rock. But as all Anytime gyms are, this is still quite small. The down side is there are no lockers and there are only 3 showers. So you might be waiting for a bit for a shower. However, as this is a suburban gym, I think that they assume that most people will shower at home and will keep all their personals in their car.
