I had purchased a generator at an auction and could not get it shipped with gas or oil it. I called and spoke the Brad Tiffany and he went out of his way to pick the generator up take it to his home drained the fuel and oil and brought it back to be shipped. My mom has been a loyal client that gives them good money every month for multiple vehicles, a house, a razor, trailers and once she files one claim all they want to do is rip her off. They have an adjuster named Jeff Lovelace that tried to say we wouldn't be covered by a broken pipe in the wall that was flooding her floor. He even admitted to me that he didn't know much about these things. My mom had to pay a company to prove the pipe was busted and it should be covered according to her insurance. She's had to pay Powder River to have the issue resolved, which we are grateful for the job they did but of course State Farm won't cover that bill. There is roughly $5300 worth of damage but State Farm only want to pay my mom $1900. Ann is never in the office, Liz can't even respond to an email and the guy in the office has no clue what he's doing, just like Jeff! They drag their feet to pay you but they want your money every month. We should not have to fight my mom's insurance company, they should have her back and get things taken care of properly for her! Don't ever use these people, they're dirty!

We hired Exclusive Calls in Las Vegas in December of 2019 to set up phone appointments with our…read moreexisting customers and new prospects. In the time span of 2 1/2 to 3 months they charged $9450 for 22 appointments with only 7 appointments out of 22 verified by our sales team with one sale at $1387.41 in total generated from 7 appointments. Upon the arrival of the Covid-19 Pandemic in mid March we contacted Exclusive Calls to halt our account's activity and charges pending further investigation on the 15 unverified appointments' charges out of 22 reported as well as state's mandate suspending working from office activity. Till today we have not received a refund for the last period billed in advance for March-April's service as well as the 15 unverified appointments billed for $300. We ended up finding another firm charging a lot less retainer and fees sending 6 verified leads in 15 days time span since their start already. Shop around and be aware of firms with high retainers, fee per appointment and ironclad contracts with low performance.
