I'm not sure if it's per COVID, but you need to reserve on an app called MINDAPP in order to reserve a time slot to go workout. They currently have around 12-18 stations depending on the day, with strength training every other day. There's generally only one person allowed per station, and early Saturday and Sunday classes fill up very early! Saturday is a 1 hour session, highly recommend reserving a head of time, Sunday concentrates more on abs The trainers are engaged with the clients and help them with the form and technique, and what I like about F45 is they are not a typical cross fit gym where they recommend swinging weights for maximum repetitions, but they care more about the technique so you don't get injured!

The gym is really nice! I learned they recently expanded. On top of the really nice shiny new equipment and clean work space, Nicole did a really great job supervising and scaling the WOD for my mom. It really showed her that she doesn't need to start off with a 300# deadlift just because it's CF. The workout is safe and accessible for all skills levels and walks of life. The work-outs have been challenging and enjoyable, and the space is well-equipped. There are people from all walks of life who attend this Crossfit gym, and for me, this symbolizes the incredible and supportive community that the owners have fostered. My stepdad is a regular member and just RAVES about both the people and the product at Crossfit Frostbite. In fact, I've found both the workouts and the community so enjoyable that I have started searching for a Crossfit gym for me to join in my hometown of Denver. This is an activity I never thought I would enjoy, so that's the highest compliment of them all.
