The weeds are so overgrown on the sidewalks that I have seen people trip over there and fall. There was an actual citation notice on their front door. I personally have called the representative Javier, whose name is up here and ask him about the status of the home and yard. Because these homes are not only three years old. When I talked to Javier back in April, he said the house had just closed and it was not his responsibility. I could've done without the hostility and dismissiveness. That was back in April I called again in June and spoke with somebody else. They told me the same story of the house just closed. The new people should've been moving in...... Again, I called in July and spoke with the third person who yet again told me oh yeah the house just closed:...... All the weeds keep growing taller, bringing down the value of our neighborhood and the home. No wonder why it's been on the market for over six months. ...... I don't care if the house closed yesterday , your name and your face is representing this so act accordingly. If this is your property represent property and professionally. I have personally called three times in six months about these weeds and how poor it looks on our neighborhood That is not even three years old. School is starting and now we have children that have to walk past this and in the street to get around the weeds that are obstructing the sidewalk........ Pathetic service and respect for your presentation of property. I would never recommend any sales person from this company to represent anybody or anybody I knew when it came to property ownership needs ..... There are too many other choices out here who actually have integrity behind their profession to deal with somebody who only is concerned about the dollar ......

After unsuccessful litigation, the cost to make the repairs outweighed the potential advantage of completing them. I knew I could not use an agent in the Sonora area after the litigation and looked outside the area. While looking on yelp, I saw a realtor named Scott Cary who had outstanding reviews from his clients. I phoned Scott who answered his phone and told him the circumstances around the property I had purchased. Scott totally understood my situation and said he would like to help me sell the house. Scott asked numerous questions and completed a market analysis to get the best possible dollar amount we could for the property I liked Scott's straightforward, honest, and no BS approach to the sale and marketing of my house. I subsequently signed on with Scott to be my representative in my home sale. Because of the known issues which had to be disclosed unlike the previous owners and agent, Scott walked me through the entire process and advised me of legal and moral obligations in my home sale. The house sale was not easy due to the previous conditions and repairs needed. We had a few offers most of which were not beneficial to me nor was there a good likelihood of closing because of financial issues of the potential buyers. Scott presented the offers to me and advised me of his opinion and thoughts about the offers including both plus and minus points. Scott acted in my best interest and guided me through the offers with knowledge, experience, and the presence to look out for my best interest. He then wanted to arrange times to view properties, again did not confirm, and a day later after trying to reach him he replied that he had a child care emergency (which is not a problem for us BUT the complete lack of transparency and follow through was frustrating; it felt as if we wasted a weeks worth of potential properties.) Even though we replied, he however never got back to us again. This is a very unprofessional approach to any client. Honestly felt like there was no reason for this Overall, the experience felt careless, unreliable, and far below the level of professionalism one would expect when making major financial decisions.
