If only Yelp could offer up an extra star for truly extraordinary experiences that are far better than other 5 star experiences on here, this place would certainly deserve that extra star. It was a real trek getting here - I took multiple flights and multiple ferries to get to Rosendal. They take you on the Salmon Eye ferry to get to the house where they serve you some amuse bouche courses and then another ferry to get to the Salmon Eye. The art installation is a masterpiece in itself - almost alien like with its silvery scales. Inside, the building is quite large, far bigger than what I was expecting from the outside looking in. Every course/experience was meticulously planned and executed. Every dish was delicious and well explained. I can't rave enough about our this spot. It reminded me of a mini Alchemist in Copenhagen. read more
