We were looking for a kitchen lamp and had decided on a specific lampshade. When the salesman came up to us and asked us what we were after we explained and after asking us the size and dimensions of our kitchen advised us that the light would not really be suitable. Too dark. Wow! What great customer service! We had a long look around again but unfortunately couldn't decide on anything else but what a selection they have! You could find (almost) anything you want here from vintage to modern and most everything in-between so if you are in need of a lamp/lampshade pop in here first and ask for some advice! Sorry we couldn't find anything to buy but for customer service 5 stars! We will be back!

The very famous dropping and ascending chandeliers at the Metropolitan Opera House in New York? Well they came from Lobmeyrs. Other glass items are also for sale but for this quality do not expect bargain basement prices. Staff are friendly (at least to me they always are) and there's always a special exhibition in a small upstairs museum fronting on the Kärntnerstaße. Def worth a look at when you are in Vienna.
