The store owner/franchisee seemed really nice at first and then turned on me when I started to ask slightly harder questions (e.g. When can I expect you guys? What warranty comes with this item? Do you look after the warrantee or do I need to contact the manufacturer?) I think he was offended that I asked about the warrantee. Almost like I was supposed to just trust him. I couldn't get him to calm down or see reason. Just moved south to Brisbane about 6 months ago and went to Swimart because we used the company before. I never ever want to go back there again.
