I bought two outlet adapters and realized 2 minutes later I accidentally purchased the wrong one. When I returned all the men especially the cashier refused to give me my money back and had no sign saying "no refunds". I explained this to him and they still refused and forced an exchange rather than a refund. Extremely upset I couldn't get my cash back, so I really struggled trying to find something appealing to exchange. As I was looking I said, "this is so f**king stupid" to my mother standing next to me. Then, the cashier snapped at me yelling saying, "I am not fucking stupid and it is your fault for being stupid!" I kept saying stop, and said I was simply stating that this whole ordeal was stupid. So basically, all in all, sorry excuse of customer service so I advice ALL TO STAY AWAY!! I'll post a picture of him.
