Here are my observations: - extremely intelligent, and has identified problems that I did not even go to see him for - goes well beyond any service I've ever experienced in any industry and is truly a caring person and is interested in patients health - takes his time explaining things to you, and never feel rushed - he values patients time and is always punctual unless an emergency comes up, and even then I haven't waited long

Dr. Warren is my new family physician…read more She has been so caring, and willing to give you additional time if you require and let her know in advance. She has helped me through a plethora of (thankfully small) concerns, and always takes my personal situation very seriously. Beyond her great attitude, she is also extremely competent in multiple facets of medicine, of course focusing on family/primary care; but she will educate herself if something is outside of her expertise and make sure you get a positive referral. Also, she is honest, you may not always want to hear it, but she is. The front staff - I've not forgotten you! You are beyond wonderful and helpful, very kind and always smiling! For those who complain about waiting (family doctors): 1. If your doctor discovered something to look deeper into, causing a delay for other patients who are waiting- would you want to be sent on your way? 2. Sometimes delays happen- get over it. And this comes from a severe anxiety sufferer, which revoked whatever patience I have naturally. Seriously it's a doctor! For walk-ins: Welcome to the world of FIFO: first in, first out. Unless someone is exhibiting symptoms which may require emergency services, it's first come first serve. It's a WALK-IN, by the nature of the business they are unable to reliably predict wait times. In the end of it all, it was an excellent caring walk-in doctor who convinced me to see Dr. Warren, so I am giving this place 5 stars. If you want to be able to give a review like me, do the following: 1. Be kind, do not yell, DO NOT CUSS, do not try to intimidate anyone. 2. Be honest- if you? like me don't feel comfortable talking to front staff about some issues, tell them you don't feel comfortable, simple as "It's private and I'd rather talk to the doctor". 3. If you are in pain, otherwise frustrated for any reason other than a long wait, POLITELY tell the front staff, in a calm tone. 4. Be thankful you have sponsored health care. 5. Non-OHIP services? Yes they cost money. If you don't work for free, don't ask others to. Also, these non-covered services typically cost money everywhere you go. Let's face it, Doctors, Nurses, and All medical support staff are humans who have responsibilities beyond you. I feel this way, and always am as polite and caring as possible, and I certainly see it in return. Lastly, you won't like everything about your doctor/clinic, because you too are human, that's perfectly fine, but remember you are dealing with humans who have their own lives, worries, medical conditions and needs. I recommend this place, I am very happy with their services.

I was referred to Dr. Hermant through a friend, at a time when she was just launching her medical career. Needless to say, that was 20 years ago. Not only would I consider Dr. Hermant a friend who has watched me grow-up and been witness to so many stages (both good and bad) throughout my life, she is compassionate, understanding, organized, posses a wealth of medical knowledge, has a great laugh and keen sense of humour. She has always been able to squeeze me an appointment if it's required, and her staffers are always accommodating and pleasant to speak with in-person or on the phone. The waits are never long, and the waiting room is comfortable and relaxed. Over the last 10 years or so years she has added features like Botox, Juvederm, Latisse, IPL, and more. I have been going to her for some of these products with fabulous results. I've always had great experiences with her astetician, Mary, and have purchased products over the years that I've never seen available in any Shoppers, Sephora or The Bay. Her selection of 'lotions & potions' has truly made a difference in my beauty regiment over the years, and it shows! She is not there to scam you or try and squeeze what she can from your wallet. She provides the best possible information and never have I felt pressured to undergo any treatment, product or service. I have referred many friends to her for injectables, face peels and even as a MD. I would never switch family doctors for as long as I reside in Toronto, because to me, she isn't just my doctor--she's also my family. And...her new office looks great!

Dearest Dr. Farber, I would very much like to thank you for everything you have done for me over the years. These past 43 years have certainly been a lifetime of memories. From common colds to Chicken Pox, from Amoxicillin to vaccinations, you have seen me through it all. There are no words for how lucky I feel for having you as my doctor. I was so young that day I hid under your desk while you conferred with another patient. I remember thinking and feeling that you had no idea I was even there. But you did, didn't you, because you knew EVERYTHING. Nothing slipped by you and I am forever grateful for that. Fast forward a few decades and my decision to bring my children to you was an easy one. I knew that if you were still practicing then they would be privileged to have you as their pediatrician. Although their time with you was not as long as mine, their memories of you are now, and always will be, just as pleasant. We wish you all the best in your next life chapter. We wish you the happiest retirement anyone can have. We hope all your days are filled with fishing trips and you continue to fill your walls with proud pictures of you and your award winning catches. Take good care, Dr. Farber. Always know that you will be missed daily. Enjoy all the days ahead of you knowing that you have been a positive force in all of our lives. For that, the words "Thank You" just don't seem enough. Sincerely yours, Tiffany Kazushner, Ethan Ben-Adiva & Abigail Ben-Adiva
