They makes you register your product to then go to the cashier, who chatted over the phone while trying to ring me up using my credit card. She finally looks up at me only to say they are having difficulties and I could not buy my product. I could pay cash, but then again a coupon would be impossible (RECEITA FEDERAL???). So I spent my time uselessly there, there is no commitment with the customer (sales people have no voice, they were asking me to complain about the system--come on guys a little more drive and commitment). Nice place for everything Apple. Not sure what is going to happen when the new Apple Store at Morumbi Shopping open, but this place has good deals on Apple hardware and accessories. What astonishes me is the huge difference of price between here and the U.S., USD wise. But here you can pay up to 10 installments - and if you have a nicer offer (specially from Fast Shop :) they'll beat the offer for you. :). Their employees seemed to me more familiar with the Apple technology than other chains that sell Apple hardware. read more
